The fourth annual Dan and Jalinna Jones Educational Awards will be presented to about 150 children from area schools at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Sam Rayburn Student Center at Texas A&M University-Commerce. The awards are named in honor of A&M-Commerce president Dr. Dan Jones and his wife Jalinna. Dr. Jones and Dr. LaVelle Hendricks, associate professor of counseling, are the guests on this edition of the Blacklands Cafe.
