Commerce Chamber of Commerce manager Paul Voss says the annual chamber banquet will be Thursday evening, February 16 in the Sam Rayburn Student Center at Texas A&M-Commerce. For the second year, it will have a casino theme. The chamber will soon be taking nominations for Citizen of the Year and Agriculture Person of the Year. The chamber expects to hold a ribbon cutting this Saturday (January 14) at the new Commerce Fitness facility in the shopping center where Braum's is located.
