Restored Greenville YMCA Opens Again

Pud Kearns with Housewarmers of Greenville reflects on the reopening of the Greenville YMCA, which was hit hard by a storm in January, collapsing the exterior wall and roof of the indoor pool.  Now, the facility has reopened, with an outdoor pool for the time being, although Pud says there are plans to add an inflatable enclosure.  Pud says there are plans now in Greenville to create a park along the Longbranch Creek joining the YMCA, the Ja-Lu Park (where the new splash pad is located, and the W. Walworth Harrison Public Library.
