A&M-C Football Could Host A Second-Week Playoff Game

Lion Athletics

Texas A&M-Commerce athletic director Tim McMurray reflects on the NCAA playoff prospects for the A&M-Commerce football and volleyball teams.  Tim says if the Lions win Saturday at Minnesota-Duluth, and if Azusa-Pacific wins at Tarleton State, the Lions would host Azusa-Pacific on Saturday, November 24.  If the Lions and Tarleton win, the Lions would play at Stephenville.  The Lions volleyball team will play Angelo State at 2 p.m. Thursday in an NCAA regional tournament at Tarleton State.

John Mark Dempsey is the host of the public interest program The Blacklands Café from KETR News. Dempsey is also the play-by-play announcer for Commerce Tigers Football on 88.9 FM and on ketr.org.
