Spinach Gaining In Popularity With Texans

Sarah Latham, Hunt County Agrilife Extension Agent, discusses the nutritional benefits of spinach, which enjoyed a 29% increase in Texas production from 2006-2016.  Sarah also discusses using electric multi-cookers, one of which has the brand name of Instapot, and which have become very popular for steam cooking food very fast.   But while they're convenient, it's important to learn to use them safely.  And Sarah says the "Walk Across Texas" program has started again, with a new format.
