Former LSC, Angelo State Coach Chris Beard Leads Texas Tech In Final Four

Sam Walker, Texas A&M-Commerce Alumni Engagement director and former men's varsity basketball coach, looks ahead to this weekend's Final Four, in which one of his former rivals, Texas Tech head coach Chris Beard, will be competing.  Beard is a former coach of the Lone Star Conference's Angelo State Rams.  Beard has been named the AP's Men's College Basketball Coach of the Year. Walker's Lions beat Beard's Rams for the 2015 LSC championship.
