Commerce ISD Superintendent Charlie Alderman comments on summer programs offered by the district, including new programs funded by a $1.5 million state and federal grant (shared with the Boles ISD) in cooperation with the Commerce Boys and Girls Club, and a continuation of the "Summer Experience," in connection with Texas A&M-Commerce, as part of the ASPIRE (A School Experience for Innovation, Recreation and Enrichment).
