Bert Cooper, director of the faith-based, non-profit group Community Seeds, says the organization's incubator kitchen, which will allow for the preparation of cottage-industry foods, and country store are expected to be complete by the end of the summer. And he says Community Seeds is planning to add to its transitional housing units, and provide health services for those who live there.
