There’s no entry fee for floats; just bring your smile, your creativity, and your appreciation for our veterans.Let’s show Ladonia’s best spirit—invite your friends, your club, or your church group to decorate a float. We especially acknowledge the many veterans resting in Ladonia Cemetery, reminders of our town’s deep legacy.Everyone is welcome to the parade!Route:Starts at the High School → down Main St. (past the town square) → left on Taylor St. → left on Paris St. → returns to the High School.
Join us for Hunt County’s 2025 Veterans Day Parade in Downtown Greenville! The parade will be held on November 8th, starting at 11:00am at Lee Street & Houston Street.The parade route will head west on Lee Street to Wright, then east on Washington. Included will be floats, walking groups, bands, horses, all types of vehicles, Jeeps & classic cars, and of course our wonderful first responders. Each visitor who brings a clean and dry plastic bottle or single-use plastic bag from any retailer receives FREE admission. Help us conserve and protect Our Texas, Our Future as you connect with nature in our 289-acre nature preserve, experience seasonal exhibits such as Dinosaurs Live! (open now through 3/1/26), and explore our indoor museum.
