Do you like chocolate? Well, it's all thanks to pollinators and beneficial insects, yes, insects.

Meet at Heron Harbor Day Use Area picnic tables at 9 a.m.
Why are pollinators important? Do you know which foods depend on pollination? Learn the answers to these and more.

If you miss the morning session at the South Sulphur Unit, there will be a second Earth Day Celebration / Pollinators activity at 2:30 p.m., at Pelican Point in the Doctors Creek Unit of Cooper Lake State Park.

Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with a paid park entrance fee of $5 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry is free with the Texas State Park Pass. No need to register—just show up!
